この盤に収録されているsample1は、個人的に今年のbest3に間違いなく入る超名曲です。
DJでもよくかけました。
曇ったビートの上で鳴るピアノのメロディーが一度聴いたら耳から離れないイントロ／アウトロ、中盤の高揚感を煽る展開含め、最初から最後まで完璧なジャズディスコです。
非常にわかりずらい例えですが、dennis parker / like an eagleに、rolling stones / she's a rainbowの展開を足したような、そんな感じです。
